Maki & Sushi is in a strip mall next to a well known coffee shop, an Indian restaurant, a French restaurant, and along Arcadia's restaurant row.

It's a small restaurant where the kitchen and sushi bar take up most of the space.  It was packed in a Saturday night after Thanksgiving!

Mountain Hand Roll, $8.95-Shrimp tempura, crab, scallops, avocado.  This was an ok hand roll.  I thought the scallops weren't that fresh.  But, everything else was fresh.  A

Halibut sushi, Tuna sushi both $4.95.  Both nigri sushi were fresh and a decent portion of fish. 

Service is good.  The sushi came out very quickly and the servers were nice.

I wouldn't go back to Maki & Sushi Japanese.  It was fine, but nothing outstanding.
